01
Deposit Questions
vb89 currently supports four mobile financial services — bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. These four methods are the most widely used digital payment solutions in Bangladesh, and you can deposit with whichever one you have. Deposits via each method are fast and secure.
The minimum deposit amount for each method on vb89 is ৳500. This limit applies equally across all four methods — bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. You also need to deposit at least this amount to receive the 200% welcome bonus on your first deposit as a new player.
Log in to your vb89 account and go to the 'Deposit' section. Select bKash as your payment method. Send the required amount to the bKash number shown on screen and enter the transaction ID in the designated field. Your vb89 balance is usually credited within a few minutes.
vb89 does not charge any deposit fee of its own — the full amount you send will be credited to your account. However, bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay may apply their own send-money charges, which are deducted separately according to the respective app's set rates. Please check the fee policy of the app you are using for details.
Rocket is Dutch-Bangla Bank's mobile wallet service — you do not need a DBBL account to use it. A Rocket account can be opened using any Bangladeshi mobile SIM, and deposits to vb89 can be made through it easily. Just like the other methods, the minimum deposit amount for Rocket is ৳500.

Slots Questions
In progressive jackpot slots, a small portion of each player's bet is added to a growing prize pool. The pool keeps increasing until someone hits the specific jackpot combination. One lucky player wins the entire accumulated amount. The pool then resets to zero and begins building again for the next winner.
RTP stands for Return to Player — the theoretical rate at which a game returns a portion of total bets over the long term. It is calculated based on millions of spins, so it does not guarantee a win in one or a few sessions. RTP is a statistical indicator, not a promise of individual outcomes. Every spin is completely independent and random.
Free spins are generally available in two ways — by landing a certain number of scatter symbols within the game, or as a platform promotion. In-game free spins are triggered automatically according to that game's rules. Promotional free spins are usually allocated to specific games and must be used within the time period stated in the promo terms.
Many slot games offer a demo or trial mode, where you can play for free using virtual credits. This is very useful for understanding the game mechanics, bonus rounds, and volatility. However, any amount won in demo mode cannot be withdrawn as real money — it is purely a practice opportunity.
Volatility refers to the risk level of how frequently and how much a slot game pays out. Low volatility games pay smaller rewards more often; high volatility games pay larger rewards less frequently but in greater amounts at once. It is wise to choose your volatility level keeping your budget and patience in mind.

Casino & Table Games
Yes, vb89's live casino is fully mobile-friendly. Live dealer games can be launched from the browser of any Android or iOS smartphone — no separate app download is needed. With a stable internet connection, live streaming runs smoothly and you get the complete experience just as on desktop.
In roulette, a spinning wheel has numbered pockets. Players bet on which number, color (red/black), or group of numbers the ball will land on. Betting directly on a specific number gives the highest multiplier but the lowest odds. Betting on red/black is close to 50/50, making it a good starting point for beginners.
vb89's live tables are available in a range of limits — lower-limit tables for new and budget-conscious players, and higher-limit tables for experienced players, each kept separate. The minimum and maximum bet for each table is shown on screen before you join, so it's easy to pick a table that fits your budget.
In baccarat, the player bets on either the 'Player' or 'Banker' side. The goal is to back the side whose cards total closest to 9. Tens and face cards are worth zero; all other cards count at face value. If the total goes to two digits, only the right digit is used. It is a relatively simple game and quite popular as a table game in Bangladesh.
Yes, live casino dealers are professionally trained people who run the games via real-time video streaming from a studio. Live dealer games from top providers like Evolution Gaming and Ezugi are available on vb89. Physical cards and tables are visible throughout, giving a fully transparent and trustworthy experience.
Skill matters most in games like blackjack, where decisions about when to 'hit' or 'stand' directly affect the outcome. In roulette and slots, results depend entirely on chance — no strategy can guarantee a result. Try different games in demo mode to see which ones match your preferences and understanding.
